Still a pain with their frequent calls. They ignore TPS. I would like to know where they get their numbers from. Perhaps Your Move should exmine the Data Protection Act as I think they are the culprits.

caller said it was a legal firm - I asked how they got my name & number - some gobbledegook about random calling software - that doesn t explain linking a name to a number - someone has sold my personal data again!

I just had a call from this number too, claiming to be "D M Experts". The person he asked to speak to, Ben , does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for Ben , but they have the sense to block their number. i am being bombarded by phone calls from ppi from all over the country i have told them each time stop calling they have not listened and continue to harrass me, now i am reporting it.

Someone just waits and listens to see if you waited and then hangs up. Hang up immediately it’s Not Paypal as they say.

After doing an online insurance comparison on go compare, they call 2 or 3 time in quick succession until you answer. They are just following up your quotation, but if I do a comparison on line, it s because I don t want the hassle of talking to people like this on the phone. Ironically, they were the cheapest quote but it did put me off a little. I ve still got 2 days to decide and will probably go with them so they don t really need to be doing these "follow up" calls.
