This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. Very persistent. Claiming to be from vodafone but had no knowledge of current contract. Lady refused to give her full name. When I challenged about it being a scam she quickly changed from being persistent to wanting to get off the phone. I would not trust this number
