my usual o2 bill is £28.00 monthly my previous bill came in at £37.00 phoned o2 and I was told no problem and they will give me my money back on my next bill my new bill arrived today and now I have to pay £47.00 and they gave me a text number and say stop and then they gave this long number and told me to try and get my money back them so I phoned them and guess what nobody can speak to me and the machine said someone will phone you in the next couple of days

Had a call asking for me by name, said that they had got my PPI back for me. They know the bank that I had dealt & asked if I had a account with them now, told them no had new one, they asked which, I told them the first one that came into my head. Asked what type I said saving one, asked about insurance, said don t want any. They put phone done.

ABSOLUTE C*NTS! Called me regarding work on my website. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The caller mentioned a number of lapses in my website which they could fix as part of their ?400 package, including Google ranking etc. Rather than taking her word for it, I tested these so called lapses on a friend s mobile device which contradicted everything she was saying. The caller was a man with a foreign accent. He started to tell me he was calling about my computer but I decided it was a scam, told him I wasn t interested, hung up and blocked the number.
