Hard to understand as the man had a very thick Indian accent, was calling from the fraud investigation department of ? On balance of probability i felt it was a scam call.
Caller asked "How is your Broadband"? I answered OK and put the phone down.

Possible that very sophisticated software being used - have had a previous call from 'Chris' on a different number and another call this morning from 'Chris' on a further number linked to Edinburgh. This American male calls night after night to a business number and asks for a service that they offer, but then states that their situation is so top secret that they can't share what it is that they want. They then say suddenly that they have to go and they put the phone down. Initially withheld their number. Very odd behaviour and comes across as rather off balance. This is probably stalking/harassment, but it's to an unknown business.
