I received an email from this same guy called Tony yesterday afternoon. I suspected the email straightaway. I called the number, went to a recorded advert, I quickly cut the call off after 1min 22secs. It is a scam!!!! Please beware of this guy and/or related tricks.

Automated message telling me my number had been compromised at the border with Wales (I'm in Scotland!) and to 'press 1' so that don't take legal action against me and my national insurance number. Several calls over the last few days (2 so far today). Never gets past the BT Call Guardian screening. Never leaves a message. I tried to call back, but heard a female American accent saying "That is not a valid extension". I have now blocked the number.
SCAM Claimed I was owed a ppi payment for £3000 had my name address and date of birth but then said to recieve it I had to take out a life insurance policy to prove I was the person owed the money. Blatant lie, you do not need to take out insurance to prove your identity.

This is a survey scam.
Pushy Indian woman claiming to be from 3 mobile trying to sell me a contract with an iPhone or a galaxy s22. Lost count of the times I told her I'm not interested in any contract as I already have a contract and a galaxy s23, she hung up at this point before I had the chance to tell her to do one.
