This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 2036345xxx reported here already, so far as I can see on internet with nuisance calls, sometimes just robocalls, with PPI - insurance marketing, accident chasers. Had a text requesting me to phone this number and quote a reference code almost immediately after moving over £2000 from my HSBC account to another bank but was wary. This was the usual HMRC scam with an American voice threatening me with all kinds of legal sanctions. The call came and interrupted an important Zoom call I was involved in. The perpetrators should be hunted down and have the book thrown at them. That’s putting it politely.
