Had a call asking for me by name, said that they had got my PPI back for me. They know the bank that I had dealt & asked if I had a account with them now, told them no had new one, they asked which, I told them the first one that came into my head. This is a spam call from people purporting to be from BT Openreach advising there is a problem with my broadband connection. This is the fourth call I've had in a fortnight, all from different numbers, all callers with strong Asian accent and totally unable to deviate from the script they have in front of them. After asking politely around 5 times for them to remove me from there database I finally blocked the call from my mobile but now my phone still keeps beeping telling me that its just blocked the call so they will not stop, sometimes over 10 times per day, trading standards have been informed and if I am able to find out the companies details I will take them to court as I can prove via my call record harassment! So I personally hope they keep calling as it only adds weight to a lawsuit!!!!!!!!

Scam callers posing as carphone warehouse - pretending to offer promotional deals.
From an estate agent selling houses in Fareham in particular Elmhurst road . As this was the phone number for number 80. I’m guessing estate agent possibly lives there or works from there. It came through as a silent call on my unknown call filter. Probably a scam even if it is marketing. So have blocked it
