I suspect that the call is from a company called ‘Easy Life’. I receive unsolicited calls from them two or three times a year. Harmless enough, just irritating.
SCAM / SPAM Pre-recorded message pretending to be from HMRC. HMRC would withhold caller ID and would not contact you with a pre-recorded message. So watch out!

Had similar experience previously by a different name and they actually only ever printed 12 copies of their newspaper which we had been asked to advertise in! This is how they can seem legal.
