This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. Automated message saying from BT and there has been fraudulent activity on my account. If I do not press one now my telephone line and broadband will be cut off!!!!!
