Keeps calling our business line claiming to be Bristish Gas, when i try tell them we are not with British Gas they try to tell me we are and that our electricity bill is ready for renewal, I always ask them to send a letter in the post to which they tell me they cant and try to put me through to there manager

Oriental sounding woman called who had my full name, telling me that the UK pension rules had changed and that the call was from the Government to advise me on those changes. Asked about what kind of pensions I had. At that point I politely ended the call. seemed to be a fact finding call about me for nefarious reasons. If I want pension advice I can speak to a qualified advisor or look at a website. Sounded as if the call was scripted as she couldn t / wouldn t answer my questions.

This number calls our fax machine daily.They re a nuisance because we have to check who s tried to call every time in case it s a customer trying to send a fax. They don t seem to learn from the fact that a fax machine answers every single time they call!

Received call from busy overseas call centre claiming to be BT. When I pointed out that yesterdays call was reported as a fraud to the police she hung up. Yesterdays call exactly same script but from 01724956685 they are hacking into or falsely generating a UK number. It is the role of BT to put a stop to this nonsense?

Claimed not to be selling anything but was clearly a sales call. Very thick accents made them very hard to understand, hung up on them after I realised I wasn t going to get a straight answer.
