SCAM This is a scam number, when answered, it plays a voice recording claiming to be the national crime agency that your NI has been suspended due to a fraud investigation against you. These scammers must be really stupid if they really understand what is the purpose of NI!
I checked my o2 account today and it said that i have 4.50 3 times this month of a company called ume ltd.i live text o2 they told me to text stop to them and to call them for a refund .i tried to call them but goes to answer phone and to leave name and number and will contact me in 2 working days. I live text o2 this evening and they have barred 3rd party on my account and given me their email to complain i think this is a scam and a goverment one ps authority.org .uk .hopefully i can get my money back

This number calls me frequently. They claim to be Call Blocking Department. They appear to have my name but do not pronounce it correctly. I tell them I'm not interested, and ask them not to call me again. Irony of ironies, they keep calling. Without any firm evidence, I would say it reeks of a scam.

Short calls, several times. When I answer, they called me by my first name, as though she knew me? then went on about my Aviva insurance that I have recently cancelled? Said there is a warrant out for arrest for not paying tax, gave options to rectify by pressing options on the phone call. No numbers were pressed and the call ended. Tax is all payed up and I even had a rebate the other day. This is a SCAM.

Claimed to be from Tesco. Asked to confirm postcode and that my age was between 25-65. Didn't confirm anything. When I asked how he had my information he said it was on the Tesco database. Challenged this and told him that I would be pursuing Tesco through the the Information Commissioner as they were in breach of the General Data Protection Regulations.....very quickly hung up on me!!
