Similar numbers are reported as a telemarketing - sometimes energy companies. Did someone answer any number of this range? Is there any reason why companies use line with shared costs for just ringing you and left no message (other than scam...)? If this was a silent call for you, do not call back for any reason! I've had calls and texts from this number for days, asking for someone named Robert. I've answered twice. The first time, they hung up after I said I wasn't Robert. The second time, I argued with the man on the phone, who told me I'd have to pay £75 for the calls and texts to stop. He also said I need to "keep thinking" if I carried on with attitude...steer clear.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 13849490xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with mortgage review company, PPI, accident chasers, insurance claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Guys did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

i just had a txt from 0902 394 1989 stating " you have requested to transfer your number to another device. This change will be made within 24 hours. If you did not make this request please call: 0902 394 1989" This has to be a scam as I did not make any such request
