These people claim to be from Sky and say they are reducing your sky protect premium. They are not, they are not endorsed by Sky and the service they are offering is extemely suspect, don t fall for their scam and tell them where to go!!

Scammers calling for mobile phone contracts wanting bank card details
Some guy said he was a windows technician and i had been hacked according to their data base. he said go on your pc hit ther windows key and r then type cmd then he blerted out the number at the bottom to try to reassure me he was a good guy. He said that was my windows operating sys number and not to tell anyone it. then he passed the phone to an accomplice mark wilson he said hit windows key and r then type in www.vdnoir.com and this will show me how bad i have been hacked. i questioen this a few times an
SCAM This is a scam operation. An older lady calls to tell you that they have confirmed advertising space in local hospital/ school publication. These publications don't exist. They invoice and use factoring companies. We were stung for around £250 previously. Not heard from them in a couple of years so they've obviously started up again. Just hang up.

Received a call from someone with heavy asian accent claiming to be called Neil. Informed me that the monthly maintenance fee for my TV was to be reduced next month & wanted to confirm bank details. I do not have TV maintenance contract so told him so and hung up. SCAM!!!!!!!!

SCAM / SPAM Scam call claiming to be calling from Sky, telling me to switch my computer on as there is a problem with my internet. Told her I'm not a Sky customer and my internet is working fine, then I hung up. Obviously a scam to try and access people's devices and details for nefarious purposes.
This individual chose to ring my house number asking for a club. The number was a business number previously but we haven t had nuisance calls on this scale before. Had a call this morning from a man claiming to work for a company called "First Pass", asking about an RTA I was supposed to have been involved in. I asked how he got my details and requested that they be deleted from their data-base. I have never been in an RTA, and am on TPS to prevent cold-callers. He persisted in trying to obtain more information from me and when I refused to answer, he hung up. If they call again, I shall report them to Ofcom.

SCAM virgin media scammer calling from India trying to get you to go to website because your line speed and router has faults which they use called zoho.zom. This is a fake site which will download software to your computer to steal information. just tell them they are scammers and they soon hang up. They will also try on 0119 numbers

Fraud, call was an automated message claiming to be from HMRC. Claimed that a fraud case was open against my name and if I didn’t press 1 to speak to the claims officer, then an arrest warrant would be issued immediately.
Sayin that this is a criminal record that someone using my NIN and they doing invastigation!!!! Don't pick up the phone!!! Don't give them any information.

Sneaky rats (Call centre) Liverpool based call center rerooting thier calls through the internet making it look as though somebody local is calling you the number is listed as bewdley which is local. I rang the number didn t catch thier name I asked if they were a cold call center she said yes and I could here in the back ground they were.the woman tried to justify why they were rerooting calls.

**SCAM** Same as last review - called from 'Vodafone' & said someone had changed my phone number. Recieved text with code during the call. I asked him to call me back in 30 mins, he said "why, are you busy"? He couldn't verify he was from Vodafone and said they'd send an email (not recieved an hour later..). Checked my Vodafone account and no activity. TBH I'm used to being ripped off by Vodafone but at least I can see it happening :)
