Just got a call from this number .. I didn't answer .. but out of curiosity I call the number back .. because my motor insurance company is in Manchester .. but when the call was answered I was not given the company name I was just told I would be put through to the next available agent .. who came on and asked if they could speak to me .. I did not reply .. and he said goodbye using my name .. this was an automated voice so they have your name and number saved .. therefore the number has now been blocked

Really annoying, after repeated requests not to call my number they still ignore the request. They keep asking for someone I have no idea who, Sonia apparently? They keep on harrassing me with texts and calls.
Called twice today. Missed first one and then when answered I told them I was in the process of doing it so they need not waste their time but continued talking, which is my pet hate,so hung up and blocked number.
