Called at 2.36am today,fortunately we did not hear the phone ring and will certainly not call back after reading these comments.

This was from DFS as a follow up to a finance agreement I took out with them. Basically telling me I have been authorised to spend a whole lot more if I want.

Automated message claiming to be Amazon and need to pay to have item delivered.

nuisance call very annoying, I have told them not to call again, its always about my energy plan

Young guy called my mums home number (she s in her 70 s) and said that she had over paid money in to her bank and they needed to refund it and started asking for date of birth so she hung up. Be very careful with company! Avoid speaking to them!!!!

Again yet another call claiming to be Amazon about a £300 order. Scam They are using several different numbers.

Pretended to be family friend of previous tenant whom died 6 years ago (aged 79) - I m certain that he didn t know any teenage asian girls!

Claimed to be from talktalk with the scam that my broadband was faulty etc.

Had a phone call at 5.30 on 28/10/14 asking did I have payment protection on my cards for my bank accounts.

Just took one of these calls. After reading from a script about a survey, they were polite enough to ask "Are you ready for the first question?". I replied "No!". They hung up :)

Caller claimed to be from Serif UK, the software company. They wanted to do a survey, and when I told them I don t do surveys over the phone, nor do I confirm details someone claims to have about me, they slipped up and said they wanted to do a survey about my household finances, not the sort of thing Serif does. I regularly speak to Serif on other matters and never had this kind of conversation with them. I reckon they were out on a Phishing trip, but they didn t get even a nibble from me.

I just had a call from this number too, claiming to be "D M Experts". The person he asked to speak to, Ben , does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for Ben , but they have the sense to block their number. The bogus OFT calls are nearly always a barely audible Indian voice, and this call today from "D M Experts" was similar, so wouldn t be surprised if

called 10 times yesterday and twice from unknown number, once from a local number.
