I asked more details about nature of company and phone call and an Asian guy took over the conversation, very rude, shouting and asking for details of my car claim. Said I wasn t going to provide details and hung up. Sounded very dodgy. Do not deal with this company.

I answered the phone as usual, said hello several times I thought maybe a bad connection. I heard a sigh, then they hung up.

This number has called me twice today, both times no one spoke when I answered and then the phone went dead. Do these people think we have nothing better to do than answer calls when there is no one on the other end. Obviously automated dialling systems so their operators do not waste their time. Rather ironic!!! Obviously have no respect for anyone but themselves. Avoid these people at all costs.
