He wanted far too many details about me to have genuinely been a phone company for "security purposes". When I refused, tried to sell me phones and contracts. Three calls this morning never answer always block the call straight after. Yes you can block any number even on a landline here is the number if you're a BT customer 14258. iPhone also has a blocking service on 1-4 block shows in called number list straight away. For 6 and 7 scroll to the very bottom and just press block. Happy to share this!????

Had a few pushy phonecalls today trying to buy a bed in a hurry. started at expensive beds and ultimately went for what I had instock and a 'Best Mattress' wanted to send in same day courier. Said it was going to London but wouldn't give me a post code so we could have delivered ourselves tomorrow. London destination. BH2, Bournemouth card address, Phone number reporting to be in the Blackburn area. Card declined when put through machine. When I suggested my suspicions of fraud to her she put phone down.

The first woman told me my details had come up on her computer as being owed PPI, then asked me several questions about whether I’d taken mortgages, loans etc, I told her that if she had my details she would know all that. We went round in circles for several minutes... The postcode she had was for an address I moved from 9 years ago
