I didn't bother listening to the full message - I heard enough to know it was a pathetic criminal trying to scare people into handing them either personal data or money. Tried to pretend he was from Telephone Preference Service. But when I asked for clarification of the difference between TPS and the company he represented rang off immediately. Will this deter him? I very much doubt it. This was the second call of this type today.
