They called me pretending to be Windows support stating my ID had been compromised. They were very convincing. Got me to share laptop using Anydesk and also got me to run a WIN+r function. After they didnt call back as promised realized i had been scammed.

Called a few times, I picked up on the 3rd time because I've never had a strange number call so much. Said they were from my provider and wanted to thank me for my loyalty but also wanted me to confirm several details about myself so he could tell me about some special offers. I saw no reason to answer him as I didn't want a new phone, nor was I sure he was even legitimate.
This number has tried calling me several times in the last couple of weeks; this is the first time I've answered as I didn't recognise the number but suspected it to be a nuisance or unsolicited call.
