Received a phone call saying that he worked for windows and that a large number of logged reports of potential threats to my computer had been received by them and they were phoning to try and sort it out. Like the person before he gained access to my computer and said that windows defender was out of date and needed to be updated at a cost of £150. Total scam - do not even speak to these people.

Got a dodgy call from this number from someone claiming to be O2. Dodgy accent and background noises. He wanted far too many details about me to have genuinely been a phone company for "security purposes". When I refused, tried to sell me phones and contracts. Doesn t match any O2 number I m aware of online.

Definitely a CON!!! Called trying to claim we hadn t paid our music licence bill (Which we had). Asked for a person who left the company 3 years ago. Put the phone down as soon as I asked questions and suggested I put them through to our accounts department.
Rang it back as missed call. Automated reply said you were rang today to make you aware of new government incentives ???? Nothing else said other than we will ring back later I have not asked for information and would love to know how they got my phone number
