Just received call from this number. Didn t answer and no message left. I rang 1471 and obtained number and rang it three times and it was a dead line.
Line connected but all I got was a muffled echo of me saying "hello!" I don't think I know anyone in Tranent,E Lothian.

A scam at 8:02 in the morning. Automated call claimed to be my internet provider (did not say which one) and that due to illegal activity on my line would close my link in the next 24 to 48 hours unless I pressed 1 on the phone keypad (which I declined to do). I did not respond but left line open until caller ended the call.

SCAM / SPAM Called and introduced herself as Sarah Johnson (false name most likely). Said I've been involved in a car accident the last 2 years, when I stated that's a false information, she just hung up (no apology, no information provided, no further chat about). I've tried to call the number she called me from, it looks it automatically blocking the call ... already checked the number on google, no specific information about. Avoid and DO NOT relieve any personal information! The call was

This number calls me pretty much every day. I've got no PPI claims and I'm not due a refund so don't answer.
They asked me when I last took a personal loan out with and who with and would ring me back in half a hour. Oh and he already knew my name.

Phoned my mobile. I phoned them back. Call came from a company called Fast Claim. Foreiegn sounding gentleman answered and said they d phoned re an accident I had. Kept calling frequently and hanging up or dead line upon answer - finally got a female asking to speak with DH about previous Boxing news subscription and he wasn t interested. She says "well I ll call back" before I could pleasantly tell her to remove the number she hung up. Still keep ringing and Sky scandalously want to charge £3.50 per month to bar it. Saw another user s helpful comment to change the call ID so we know to ignore it, so thanks for that bit of advice.
