I work on reception for a home improvements company. The Asian woman called on Thursday 14.6.2018 @ around 10.15am Number was withheld, and said that she was from BT and that we have reported problems with our internet connection with them. I replied "oh are you sure, that is funny, as our IT department has not informed us of any problems" of which she replied that she need our server account number.
