Called at 10.00 in the morning. When I answered I heard a man humming for several seconds then the line went dead.

SCAM Called today around 1.15 pm, supposedly about our Sky Internet connection. I asked for his name (Sam) and where he was located (he carried on asking about our broadband connection). I asked him where he was located again to which he replied, "Oh f**k you!" and he put the phone down.
Recorded message saying that a legal case was raised for tax fraud. Called back & it's Hewlett-Packard ????????♀️

scam phone call, from a man who claimed he was ‘calling about loft insulation that had previously been installed’ and went on to say that they ‘needed to visit to do a free inspection for damp and mould’. when I told them I have never had loft installation installed they hung up. They have called 3 days in a row now with this scam, always introduces himself as Tom but does not state what company he is calling from

This is one of many numbers on a scam/spam rampage. Ive tracked the number to a street in liverpool, but i m not sure if they are using a proxy or not. SCAM / SPAM Long pause at the start to begin the recording, then very dodgy sounding HMRC call, you have a fraud case open in your name, press 1 to connect to advisor, not pressing 1 will trigger an arrest warrant! Note to the spammers, at least make it sound real when you play the message!

These are actually two companies one called The Link and other CFS Group, we had a call from their other number 020 3606 0924 and a South African guy demanding to speak with the Director who was not in, he was angry and said he must speak with him now , when told we are currently closed he told me to shut up and stop speaking at which point I hung up. i called back using 141 and it was answered by a lady called Amy White , wh owhen is aid wrong numeb rthen tried to convicne me to talk to her ???

This is a group of scammers pretending to be a web company. Would you trust people who (A) are registered abroad but setup a UK number to get your money and (B) cold call as they clearly haven t got a service anyone would want to purchase by any other means. Use your brain ... BLOCK them!
