Ive had letters and emails claiming to be from both my home insurance supplier and my car insurance provider, requesting that i call this number to discuss serious issues with my accounts. However the email from my home insurance provider indicates that i had a car insurance policy with them. Im also a paperless customer and use the customer logon area to administrate my accounts. Recorded voice talking about that there is a warrant out for my arrest due to tax evasion. This followed another call a few days prior from a different number claiming to be HMRC - another recorded voice telling me to press a button in order to speak to someone about my tax evasion and threatening with legal action/arrest if I didn't. Awful messages and probably quite frightening for someone elderly or vulnerable. Don't interact with the messages and block this number!
