I received a call from this number claiming to be calling from a company (don t remember the name of the company) and is calling in relation to an enquiry that I had made online and asked me to confirm DOB and my address for security purposes. They called me a couple of times saying, we got information that you have outstanding depts, is that correct? I said no, and the first couple of times, they apologised, but today, just a couple of minutes ago, the guy that I was just speaking to was just a complete A hole, he bloody hung up on me without any explanation. An automatic message claiming to be from HMRC, saying that if I didn t press 1 then I would be arrested as there were proceedings against me.

This is the 3rd number this guy has called me from. I keep blocking his calls but he calls from another number. i have told him that I don t want his calls and that I know it s a scam but it doesn t seem to deter him.
