This is one of several telephone numbers this company (DCS?) use. They call saying that the file from a recent accident (and they know some of the details) has been passed to them to make a personal injury claim. I rang our insurance company following the call and they had no idea of this. Then when the person called me back (you can't call them back - the line is blocked) they became extremely aggressive and rude and putting significant pressure on

I don't think this is a safe number - appears to come from a house in Mansfield Road, Bournemouth but the message says there has been unusual activity on your card mentioning Amazon & an international bank transfer. There aren't any banks in Mansfield Road. It doesn't mention what bank is involved & you can't call the number back I think this is a scam.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls - surveys, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8439939xxx range... People don't fall for it. Did someone answer any number of this range?

Called wanting to know about my insurance policies. They said that they could offer me better policies. I just said that I am happy with what I have got and put the phone down.

They claim to be from the Car Phone Warehouse, told them they can't beat my contract and gave them a bullshit amount of 3 pounds a month and they said "They could beat it" clearly a Scam Call Centre. Phone was static noise and barely could hear the caller who had Delhi accent.. Avoid!

Unsolicited call. Only wanted to know if I was the home owner. Said no, because it is the easiest way to get rid if anyone selling home improvements

SCAM Cold caller, pretending to be working on behalf of Microsoft advising me that I am being targeted by hackers. Goes through a spiel involving talking me through looking at the 'event viewer' utility on my PC and asking me to note the number 'Administrative events' with warnings listed in the viewer. This he advisies means that I am under attack - (BTW it does not). The tries to talk me into downloading 'anydesk' - I did not because it would allow access to my PC.
