I am from The Netherlands and this number calls me very often. However, I am always too late with answering my phone. I don t know anyone who lives in England, so I have no idea who this person may be. This is why I m really curious who this person/company is. Recorded message purportedly from HMRC. Apparently I owe them money ( I don’t by the way). I recently had a similar call from a different number to my landline, also supposedly from HMRC but that one was telling me there was a warrant out for my arrest for non payment of tax! Too ridiculous for words but anyone who is vulnerable could easily be frightened by calls like this.

14 Dec 2021 - Spam caller. I didn't accept the call, so rejected it upon my phone ringing as mine always tells me when it's a spam call during the ringing. Have since blocked it as I'm not as gullible as the spammer thinks. No idea who the spam call was from, but from experience I knew it was one of the many spam calls I've been getting for the past ten days at least. Just realized something: it's because it's the run up to Christmas. Reply

SCAM - caller made no sense, said it was a health survey report but would not explain what they meant, when I asked what they were talking about the caller said it's an industrial health report, I then told the caller I had no idea what he was talking about...his reply was that Covid is a very serious matter and the pandemic is affecting the world, my reply was that I am very much aware of what Covid is but no idea what he is talking about and why he called me - he then hung up
Rang at 12.48, I answered and phne beeped twice before call was terminated at their end. Now blocked suggest you do the same.

Caller with indian accent gave a fake name and claimed to be calling from BT Broadband. He said there were hackers using my wifi according to messages on their server. He then tried to scare me in to giving him access to my computer. He was obviously trying to scam me as I don t have an account with BT. He hung up on me when I wouldn t let him access my computer.
