Was difficult to understand, he asked if we had any repairs done, I made out I have been waiting a year, he then asked if I was a council tenant, I asked him what day is he coming to fix my indoor swimming pool, he put the phone down, I tried ringing back, but just a recorded message ????????

Just received a call from this number from a very rude and aggressive woman who launched straight into her prepared speech regarding replacement windows. I told her I was registered with the TPS and should not be receiving these type of calls and to remove me from their database, she talked over me aggressively saying this was a marketing call not a sales call and that the TPS didn t cover it. I hadn t read comments until I told a friend of mine i had been for a hearing test around 5 month ago, and he advised me to read them. To my amazement its the same company i had dealt with. Sonia was polite on the initial call when asking criteria questions and when i declined to confirm my d.o.b she was happy for me to confirm this on the day. Last week i collected a cheque for just over £5,900. These guys are just doing their job, we know endless calls can be a nightmare. Keep up the good work.

They call you and ask you to chose an option via an automated audio. This will likely re-route your call to a premium number that they own. It is not a legitimate caller so do not answer it.
