These guys have been onto me too, claiming i owe them, CSG for some child safety booklets - i sent a reply to their email with links to this and many other pages which they conveniently have not received . They rang and when I answered the call an automatic voice just said "Goodbye".

National Trust welcome phone call - followed by email sent from [email?protected], which is their legitimate email address (according to the website). Caller was able to confirm when I had joined and my email address. REALLY HELPFUL and polite gentleman on the call who provided useful site/location information suited to my needs.

Claim to be from Total Gas and Power. Checked it via their website. Got an Indian Manager calling himself Huffain (surname) refuse to tell me his first name. Told me to shut up LOL
