phoned claiming my line was hacked, i asked for confirmation of isp since i dont trust the number and searching it shown nothing, heavy indian accent with hellish loud background noise blocked them when they couldn t answer

If this is such an important service why don't they leave a message with a contact number, or do they expect you to sit next to your phone 24hrs a day?

We always let numbers like this go to answerphone. They always hang-up without a message. Calling several times a day at present - at least they don t hide the phone number. At least they could state their name and purpose, you say it is TalkTalk Marketing. I decide if I want to buy anything and try to avoid these types of call.
