That Alisha told me that she will reduce my bill. I just opened by business i have already got like three to four paper works. What the hell is going on. And also 5000 pounds have been missing in my bank account as well. That was my hard earned money. It took me quite alot of time to gather that much money and now its been stolen. Lady called stating I had a recent car accident blah. Asked her how she got my number. She stated they got it from the Road Traffic Accident Claim Department. I said I d never heard of it. Was it a Government department. Long silent pauses at the other end. Repeatedly asked her to spell the name of her company. She rang off. Surprise surprise. Funnily enough I had been speaking to my insurance company (Covea) only 30 mins before asking how these scumbags get my mobile number. They don t know!

These people are actually the TV Licensing debt department don t be fooled by them. tell them you don t watch live TV also tell them not to be sending anyone to your door.

They called me today asking for my wife, said they had details of a loan she d taken out that had been passed on to them, I pressed for details and they gave some details of a loan she hasn t taken out. She said the company was BPI Claim Line and are part of another company (couldn t make out the name) and they re regulated by the Ministry of Justice. She hung up on me when I pressed her for the company name that they were part of.
