A scummy telesales company. They are a legal claims company trawling for business for people whose hearing has been damaged by working in noisy environments. It appears they may have had their database supplied by "Perfect Preferences", but in any event they ignore the TPS database, and as such their cold calls are ILLEGAL.

several calls per week to several home phones of myself and friends. All ask for Mr Backhouse, who is not known by anyone who receives these calls.

They have called us 6 x in 3 days. Saying they are BT and have received warning signals from our router. When my Husband told them he worked for BT they hung up.

Tried to set up a meeting with me at the Kings Hotel for 4 March 2015 but I declined and simply asked them to send me their name & contact details and then I would contact them. Calling constantly all day everyday asking to speak to my husband. They have been told numerous times by myself and my husband that we are not interested and to stop calling! But to no avail the calls keep coming!
