Hung up when answerphone clicked in. You can register the same number as personal & business with TPS. Discovered that my number used to be a record store, so still get people asking if I have certain LP’s! But many of corporate calls stopped. Presume this lot don’t bother with TPS.
This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported (01244470043, 44,45), all the same range just with last digits different, which is a common thing - they use a range of similar numbers. They are reported with different scope, but mostly as PPI offers and pensions (financial services). Company called "Pension report team" wanting to know if I had a frozen pension. Not only did I not acknowledge my name when they rang but I immediately launched into an attack on them.
