Sneaky rats (Call centre) Liverpool based call center rerooting thier calls through the internet making it look as though somebody local is calling you the number is listed as bewdley which is local. I rang the number didn t catch thier name I asked if they were a cold call center she said yes and I could here in the back ground they were.the woman tried to justify why they were rerooting calls.

Very aggressive and rude calls. Start off nice but then deteriorate if you do not give them the personal information they want.Selling insurance I think.. They are persistent and have been ringing on and off for several months, at least weekly but usually more frequent.

Some guy called "David" says he s phoning from the tax office with a rebate of ?3250, that the courier is waiting to deliver it to you once you confirm you can take delivery. Told him I thought he was a scammer, tax rebates do not come in this way!! And told where I thought he could go and place his head. Total scammers - beware!

When you try to call back, you have an Asian female who just giggles and will not state which company she is calling from. Rang twice and hung up. I saw it was a premium number so did not answer. The best way to notice a scam call is when the caller asks for you by surname (which they cannot pronounce) probably because the forename is not mentioned in the records as they see them. Then scammers ALWAYS ask how you are, which is often when they try pulling up more details from the records.

SCAM. An Asian sounding man who called himself Simon called me to say my washing machine warranty had run out. Seeing as our washing machine is about 15 or more years old I do not doubt it. I told him not to try and scam me as I had had these sort of calls before, and hung up. I have since blocked the number.
