I rejected the call but they accidentally left a voice mail. Man with strong accent mumbling, I could hear typing and obviously a call centre background.
Recording says the call was made by British Telecom. Don?t know why they called me. I?m not a customer.

This number has called my mobile several times this week (office hours)but no messages have been left. I called the number back today and it just went through to call waiting music as if on hold so I hung up immediatly. They phoned twice Fri 10/10/14. First call I answered but the line was dead i.e. Silent call. Second time I ignored in then 1471 said it was 01702 318818. Like "fed up" below when I rang it was a short message saying they were Independent Market Research then the call was cut off. Complained to FCO but they say there is nothing they can do at the moment.
