within this week I (in Switzerland) had to calls from this number, I answered, but then the call was disconnected.

Keep texting every day threatening legal action on behalf of a company who closed down years ago and actually owe me money!

Received call from Indian sounding male, call centre environment. Said other people had been using my router. He did NOT ask to confirm my name address, account etc. I asked him many questions as I new it was a scam. He asked me to go to my computer. He said he could not send me an email to confirm who he was so I asked him to call back in half an hour whilst I ring BT to clarify who he is, he quickly put the phone down. Claimed to be phoning in respect of an accident 2 years ago. When asked which company they were he said he was not calling from a company but from the Claims Team that works with a lot of insurers. Asked him who paid his wages. Eventually he hung up. Scam from top to bottom.

It?s aqua credit card! Tell them under FCA rules ask them to remove your number and only contact by post! They have to do this! If not you can send a cease and dissist letter! If they ignore this you can report them to the FCA ( financial conduct authority)

When I dialed the number, it was out of order, so it looks like this call was from an overseas number that was spoofing a UK dial-back number.

I received a call from this number 2 days ago 25th Feb 2016 and was told it was from bright homes and that i had completed a survey in the last 12 months and had won some money ...

They purport to be a government agency refunding bank fees. My belief is that they are scammers.

Answered phone, said "Hello" Nothing for 20 seconds, said "Hello" again. Nothing for 10 seconds, said "Some silly bast*rd winding me up". He spoke then, but I didn t hear as I was hanging up. I don t block them, I store the name under Spam and let them run their bill up.

they call me at least twice a day from all different numbers but as yet I have not answered any of them as they are from a debt that was about ten years ago which is past the statute of limit

Voicemail left from what appears to be a computer generated source stating that she was an old aged pensioner and accusing me of stealing her phone. Not very nice as this was left on my daughters phone and we have had the contract for over 2 years.
