I told him I had six , all running VMware as I worked in Cyber Security so it would be nice to exchange views on the benefit of remote connection packages and stealth connections and he said Goodbye and hung up!

Roofing solutions, used 07471216996, said his name was Mason, offering inspections, claiming a recent increase in problems due to storms. He asked a few questions on eligibility. A short while later, was called by Rebecca on 07393465578, telling me I was eligible. I said I did not want their services. When asked why I did not tell Mason that, I said he did not ask. I have BT call guardian, but these came through as announced calls with the above names.

These people keep calling me to contact someone who has never lived at my address and have consequently never been on my phone number, no matter how many times I tell them this they refuse to take my number from their records. They are parasites feeding on the backs of peoples misfortune. 2016-01-15 @ 15:42 Picked up receiver and immediately got the dialling tone. Presuambly there was no "agent" available to handle the automatically-generated call. Most annoying

got 2 calls in the space of half an hour from this number, claiming to be from Microsoft and that my "Windows computer" has downloaded a virus without my knowledge. Not according to my a/v software, which is active on all the windows machines at home. Usual scam, supply a credit card number which will get fleeced, but more worryingly they will ask for control of your windows computer to download that very virus they were talking about to your machine.

Can I block the no 0161 738 1458 only they keep on ringing me as an unknown no and I am gating fed up with them . Thanks

Over the past few days, I have had relentless calls from this number and also 01509 610888. They always call during the day when my phone is on silent, so I never, ever pick up. I can t seem to find out who it is via Google and I don t want to ring them in case it s a scam.

Called asked to confirm my addrsss to which I refused and she said is it “previous address” when I said no she pressured to for my address and then asked who I bank with. Hung up. Very politely spoken female, very dangerous for vulnerable people AVOID at all cost

Asian lady called at 8.45pm. Claimed to be from Lloyds Bank asked for Steven Smith (not a name known to us and generic enough to be false). Tried to obtain additional personal info.
