When I told him twice I was not interested he became abusive and started telling me to fuck off he had other customers waiting to make money and to stop wasting his time. I just had a call from this number too, claiming to be "D M Experts". The person he asked to speak to, Ben , does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for Ben , but they have the sense to block their number. Santander just won t listen. A while ago Halifax was heavily fined for this type of behaviour. Keep a note of times, dates etc they phone you and report them. They are wrong when they claim to have the right to call you whenever they like to. Report them and they will all have to stop this annoying nonsense.

The caller said they were from BT Openreach, and had information from my router that indicated my internet wasn't performing as well as it should be. I was asked a couple of questions about what devices I had connected to the router, and was then asked if I was in front of my personal device. When they then asked me to log onto my personal device, I decided that this may not be legitimate and hung up. The background noise was very loud, as if from a call centre.

Appeared to be usual tele-sales marketing call: answer phone and wait while caller connects to you instead of the dozen or so other numbers he is calling at same time. He eventually says "hello" - I say same and he immediately terminates the call. I suspect I was wrong gender. Just BLOODY RUDE!
