This number and more simular 0161 939 numbers keeps ringing my landline, despite being registered with TPS for 3 years. Everytime I answered the phone to them, it is same storyline again. Some chap tells me that will be receiving a letter in the post about my PPI claim I made. Please do send me this PPI information through the post with the info you have on file, I always tell them that. Can you please confirm your address with me, this chap replies back to me. I think this is a scam. It came via text message and it says I need to authorise a payee at some HSBC link. I don't know anyone who banks at HSBC or who I would pay monies to.
