08443373025 called this morning but left no message. I have been having lots of these types of calls for a long time. Yesterday a local number phoned 10 times I finally answered and it was a company who will recoup money from you if u were miss sold a bank account.

Said they were calling from Domestic and General - a company we do have an account with already. Said we were a valued customer and had qualified for a discount. Said we were already covered for our TV Satellite equipment etc. We knew this was incorrect. They said we were already paying £10 by DD. Not True. When answered a girl spoke and said she was calling about an accident I had. Obviously a student trying to make some extra cash. She certainly has not been reading the news about big fines for cold calling!!!

Company claiming to be investigating fradulant timeshare reclaim companies. No idea whether they are genuine.

As usual at tea time and I guess they could tell from my tone that talking would be waste of time, so it ends up a silent call.

Received text message claiming to be from Royal Mail as I refused to pay £2.99 with link to reschedule delivery. Did click on the link which was very stupid , ( I was expecting the parcel ) but nothing happened and no other details from me were asked . It was just a blank page. Advertising Scams. Try to get you to place ads on non existent magazines etc. Pretend to record calls so do not agree to anything. Used to use withheld numbers but now resorting to mobiles to get round call blocking.

SCAM Indian accent claimed to be calling from BT Openreach because they had detected a decrease in my internet connection speed. They wanted me to perform a speed test - I asked them to call back in two days because I was very busy. Their number is registered on this site as BT.

Foreign female voice purportedly from Talktalk regarding slow computer got a bit stroppy when her questions were not answered

Endless calls at all times or the day from these scammers despite being registered with TPS. Time these companies were put out of business and the bosses jailed for a long stretch for the distress they cause.
