My service provider advised me previously, that unless they know who they are, they can t do anything about it. The lady Bhavisa told me they are the MORTGAGE ADVICE SERVICE, HOME FINANCE . So, if you re experiencing nuisance calls you can advise your service provider who they are, and they can then deal with them. Together we can stop them!

Apparently my national insurance has been compromised, didn't hang around long enough to find out how... the thing that puzzles me is how the callers have gotten hold of so many UK mobile telephone numbers which these scam phone calls come from... its only a few digits different from my own telephone number... discombobulating!!
I was just called by somebody saying they were from UK Financial. The said they had a cheque for me for money i was owed from bank charges. They knew my address then asked me to confirm my date of birth. I told them i was not giving it to them as i had never heard of them. When i said this they hung up!

Said that the latest Windows update had downloaded incorrectly meaning that people could access my computer and so could I please get my computer out for them to talk me through what to do. I've heard of this scam where they will pretend to help but really talk you through downloading something which will allow them to access your computer. I blocked the number when the call ended. Additionally, if someone says they are from a company I call that company directly. Even if I thought this was real I still wou
