Said they were wanting information so they would tell me how much PPI I was owed. Wanted my borrowing history over 15 years. They asked me security questions but I kept saying I didn t know who there were and not happy to give out personal information. Conversation kept going in circles as they couldn t give me answers I wanted. Called me Mrs which has never been my status!

This is an Indian call centre which asks you to do a quick survey which they add that they re not calling to sell you anything - as soon as you say that you re not interested they hang up.. the thing is, they call you the next day saying the exact same thing!!!

When I refused to tell the man if I was a home owner or a tenant, he asked me to stop wasting his time and tell me if I was F...ING interested. He then called me an F...ING W..RE and said that he would make sure I had 10 nuisance calls to replace this one I should have answered. Whe I said "I beg your pardon" he told me to stop begging like a F...ING dog and to answer his F...ING questions. Who can I report this to in a more official capacity ? 101 ?

Trust no company that helps circulate your personal information without permission to every dodgy boiler room telesales business going. These scamming VoIP telephone system using businesss should all be prosecuted for their blatant breach of data protection and law. Avoid this company like the plague
