Crazy people calling me every single day since August. I blocked them, but I can see still they are calling like psychopaths

The department had been investigating claims which were turned down by the banks, but this dept, had found there was money owing to customers. I was one of the lucky ones, I was asked how I would like to receive the money, either paid straight into my bank account or by cheque. I opted for cheque. I was told a courier who was a
