I ve had three calls today from 02088523462 five yesterday, every time trying to convince me that they are "Microsoft technical" that my computer is "sending them errors". I know this is bs and decided today to have a nice long conversation with them about my background in networks engineering and how I know it is bs, but I understand that the guy on the other line is only doing his job and reading a script and that if he doesn t get abusive with me we should be able to resolve this. Many calls during the day. Some unanswered. When I did get to speak to someone, they asked for Mr John living at a completely different address. I told them it wasn t me and they hung up immediately. On subsequent calls, I kep asking them to stop as I am not mr John. They just hang up. I m on TPS and ex-directory.
