This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different, which is a common thing - they use a range of similar numbers. They are reported with different scope, but mostly call centres work for multiple clients - O2, charities... Called 3 times - first hung up, second I heard a conversation about how the girl likes to hang out with a higher caliber of people and then the 3rd actually spoke! She hung up after disliking my 'pompous' attitude - I asked why they were calling and that I found it strange that they had accident details but were asking whether I was at fault!! Please wind them up if you get the chance, LOL.
