At 9.59 today (13 Oct 21) a chap called Chris phoned saying he was from the Green Energy Centre London saying my loft insulation may well be causing condensation in my house. I could have a free survey and have the insulation replaced if it was unsuitable. When I asked for his Surname and the details of his company he put the phone down! What does that tell me? It must be a scam!

Call center Received call June 2022. Stated they were calling about a social housing repair scheme and were there any issues with damp, outstanding repairs. I told them I was not in social housing and they asked if I owned my home. I said yes (to get them off the phone) and they hung up. When you call the number back you get an automated message for a company In Debt Services Management (nothing to do with social housing repairs). Beware of this company (sounds like an overseas call centre)

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 11430342xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with utility services - gas and electric mostly, energy comparison, and as usually smart meters.
