Scam. I managed to keep them on the line for 13 minutes whilst they gave instructions on running EventViewer as "proof" of all of the "Internet viruses infecting my computer" then the LogMeIn account that they would use to install malware on my machine. This is so that I could enter the 9-digit account on the "Abuse" section on LogMeIn.com to get it shut down... very important!

I have received 4 calls from 0160 2350438 this was AO trying to sell me a protection plan for a fridge freezer I bought months ago I told them I did not want this protection plan and they said they would stop ringing me but they still keep calling me Now when I call them I keep getting cut off. Said his company was called Essential which is not one of our suppliers, so admin screened the call, got rid of him and then we looked up the number to check if it was legitimate and found it wasn t. So we didn t call him back to find out what his pitch or spiel might be.
