They called just now, as soon as I heard pause then background noise with foreign man speaking , likely Indian, saying from BT I hung up. They called back immediately and asked why I hung up as it was a v important call. I said I wasn’t with BT it was a scam and Again I put phone down. What are we to go about these nuisance calls?

He knew some of my information, somewhat insistent for me to give my card details saying its the way to reduce my policy rate.
