Sounds like a misdial? 08456201111 is a published BT service which rings your landline number to alert you when someone sends a text message to it.

They ring up every week asking if you?ve updated your gas and electric meters to smart meters. I have with another company but if I say that they go on to ask about who it?s with etc. Don?t know about trustworthiness or not because I?ve never heard of their company other than them calling me. I tell them I?m not interested and they still call. Now I just hang up. I called the number back and it gives you the option to remove your number from their calling list. Does not actually say who they are though.

Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. They are actually a very friendly and knowledgeable company.

Repeated calls, they never leave a message and clear as soon as my answer machine cuts in. When I do answer and ask them why they have called a number in the T.P.O. they clear without saying another word. Rude and dishonest and don t respect the rules of the T.P.O. AVOID !!!!!!
Caller claimed to be from Amazon about renewal of Prime Membership. Hurrah renewal price was much cheaper! Therefore not a very clever scam. Come on someone - shut them down!

called me after 9pm. Didn t recognise the number and they didn t leave a message but they ve phoned before so I wanted them to go away so I called it back with my mobile number withheld. Message after I dialled the number you have dialled has been disabled , so whatever company is behind it it is operating illegally. Do not answer.
I urge everyone to complain to ofcom and the claims management regulator https://www.gov.uk/government/groups/claims-management-regulator The company is the accident support network and they also go by the name of media tactics. They have been calling me daily for over a month now depite me telling them to stop.
