I suspect they are testing numbers to see who answers then possibly sell this data on to other spam callers. Don't bother answering, block number if you can. Reply

I called back to a recorded voice telling me I could win a brand new iPad , the voice told me to press 2 and they would ring me back , I don't think so

After all the complaints, it beggars belief that these scammers are still using the same phone number and not been arrested. We are a computer repair business and have 2 telephone lines. Got a call on line 1 from the scammer (Asian male) who announce that my computer had problems!!! He was told in no uncertain terms to do something rather harmful to himself. Completely fed up with these calls, why they keep calling because I never answer, if they are calling regarding PPI, am not likely to be in for a refund, as I have never borrowed money in my life can t afford it do without.

Voice mail form this number claiming they are form police. Saying there is a warrant for my arrest. It is a Recorded message but is really well spoken. Definately a scam as HMRC only communicates via the portal or registered post

Stated that he wanted to ask me three simple questions. Asked me to confirm whether I was living at my address but when I said I didn t have time, Mike as he called himself, became angry and said you ve just wasted my time and put the phone down on me... I received a call off this number, phoned it back and it says you were called by the NHS and does not accept incoming calls and to ring 111.

A lady called Shazia called asking for one of the directors by name offering us ISO9000 consultancy, hung up after being told we outsourced.

I was asked about my pension history and whether I had a PIP. If I did the government have announced that I should be able to reclaim over-charging, particularly if my pension pot was more than £10,000. I asked for details of their website and she gave me theirs where there is no reference to this. Also mention gov.co.uk (which is obviously gov.uk) and I can find no reference to what she said. Also nothing on Moneysaving Expert, my go-to place for this type of thing.

Call am today from female Asian accent (?India) purporting to be from BT internet. Number now in my blacklist.

PPI call. Have had 8 or 9 missed calls - very persistant and pushy. Had to ask several tumes for them to remove me from their lists.
